The accommodation package is for 3 nights minimum stay and includes only accommodation services, the charges specified above.
The Easter Sunday Dinner is mandatory and it will be paid separately at the rate of 35 Eur/ person. This menu is fixed and does not include drinks.
Easter Dinner Rates for children
- between 2 and 6 years old 40% of fare (child portion);
- between 7 and 14 years old 60% of fare (child portion);
IMPORTANT:
1. Rates for children (staying in a room with 2 adults):
1.1. 0-6 years old
- free (if not requested an extra bed);
- to be charged (10 Eur/bed/day) if one requests an extra bed and only in the case when there is sufficient space in the room (this decision belongs to Club Vila Bran’s administration);
1.2. Older then 6 years old- to be charged with 10 Eur/day/child; only if there is sufficient space in the room to bring an extra bed (this decision belongs to Club Vila Bran’s administration); The club will also decide if the children could share the bed with their parents.
2. RATES FOR TPL ROOMS
Rooms marked with an asterisk (*) are rooms where we have already added an extra bed (wooden bed). If there is sufficient space in the other rooms (excepting those marked by *) upon request we could provide wooden or trundle beds. These rooms will be booked only as TPL (DBL rate + cost for extra bed), as long as there are available rooms left in the club. In the case when there are no available DBL rooms left, they will be rented as DBL.
3. FREE ACCESS to the leisure facilities (except for bycicles):
- 2 outdoor swimming pools - summer Season;
- Tourist complex with heated swimming pool, sauna, fitness room and ping pong tables (appropriate outfit required;
- playground for children(indoor and outdoor), horse riding (horses and ponies);
- club pentru copii;
- natural park with fruits bearing trees, hammocks and benches, deers, a stag, rabbits,
birds;
- zip -line - strap in and zoom across the gorgeous valley, climbing wall.
- tennis court - bitumen, basketball, mini-course golf, petanque, riflery,
- billiards, archery.
4. A fifty-percent deposit is required, with the balance to be paid before the 15 of March 2010. Deposits not reimbursable (they guarantee your reservation).
5. In our club it is strictly forbidden to consume any kind of food or beverages purchased from outside.
6. Club Vila Bran cannot claim responsibility for personal accidents or natural disasters that might occur during your stay, such as: snowbound or temporary obstruction of traffic; inadequate supply of water, methane gas, or electric power,;
7. In the Club Vila Bran there are many places and numerous entertainment devices, sports grounds, playgrounds for children, wild animals and domestic animals. All these could be used free of charge only that we cannot claim responsibility for personal accidents. This responsibility belongs to the parents or attendants. |
