IMPORTANT:
1. ACCOMMODATION RATES FOR CHILDREN (staying in a room with 2 adults):
- 0-6 years old: free (if there is no need for an extra bed) or at cost (30 ron/bed/day) if one requests an extra bed and only in the case when there is sufficient space in the room (this decision belongs to Club Vila Brans administration);
- over 6 years old - 30 ron/day/child, only if there is sufficient space in the room to bring an extra bed (this decision belongs to Club Vila Brans administration); The club will also decide if the children could share the bed with their parents.
2. RATES FOR TRIPLE ROOMS:
Rooms marked by (*) could have an extra bed (wooden bed). If there is sufficient space in the other rooms (excepting those marked by *) upon request we could provide wooden or trundle beds. These rooms will be booked only as TPL (DBL rate + cost for extra bed), as long as there are available rooms left in the club. In the case when there are no available DBL rooms left, they will be rented as DBL.
3. FREE ACCESS to the leisure facilities (except for bycicles):
- 2 outdoor swimming pools - summer Season;
- Tourist complex with heated swimming pool, sauna, fitness room and ping pong tables (appropriate outfit required);
- playground for children(indoor and outdoor), horse riding (horses and ponies),
- children s club;
- natural park with fruits bearing trees, hammocks and benches, deers, a stag, rabbits,
birds;
- zip -line - strap in and zoom across the gorgeous valley, climbing wall;
- tennis court - bitumen, basketball, mini-course golf, petanque, riflery;
- billiards,archery;
NOTE:
- Payments will be made in the Romanian currency, according to the Exchange Rate imposed by the National Romanian Bank, on the payment day.
- A fifty-percent deposit is required, with the balance to be paid upon checking in at the Vila. Deposits not reimbursable (they guarantee your reservation). The rest of the money should be paid until the 1st of December 2009;
- In our club it is strictly forbidden to consume any kind of food or beverages purchased from outside.
- Club Vila Bran cannot claim responsibility for personal accidents or natural disasters that might occur during your stay, such as: snowbound or temporary obstruction of traffic; inadequate supply of water, methane gas, or electric power;
- In Club Vila Bran there are many places and numerous entertainment devices, sports grounds, playgrounds for children, wild animals and pets. All these could be used free of charge only that we cannot claim responsibility for personal accidents. This responsibility belongs to the parents or attendants.
Club Vila Bran and its personnel is not responsible for possible accidents.
