Club Vila Bran covers an overall surface area of 60.000 sqm and has a total of 111 rooms and 9 apartments in its 12 villas (5 to 24 rooms in each villa). Rooms have private bathroom (bathtub or shower) balcony (107 rooms) and over one third could have an extra bed (Beds are either single or double).
Each Apartment is made up of 2 rooms (1 bedroom and a living room). Three of them have sauna and hidromassage bathtub.

The first 60 rooms – 80 RON/ DBL room/day (Sunday-Thursday)
This rate is valid for each room excepting for the apartments (limited availability).
Offer valid 24 hours after you have the reservation confirmation only if the service has been fully paid by means of bank transfer.
IMPORTANT:
1. Rates do not include breakfast
2. RATES FOR CHILDREN (staying with 2 adults):
2.1. 0-6 years old
- Free of charge (if no extra bed required);
- Charge (30 RON/bed/day) if one requests an extra bed and only in the case when there is sufficient space in the room (this decision belongs to Club Vila Bran’s administration);
2.2. Older than 6 years - 30 RON/day/child:
- Only in the case when there is sufficient space in the room (this decision belongs to Club Vila Bran’s administration);
3. TRIPLE ROOMS RATES
Rooms marked by (*) could have an extra bed (wooden bed). If there is sufficient space in the other rooms (excepting those marked by *) upon request we could provide wooden or trundle beds. These rooms will be booked only as TPL (DBL rate + cost for extra bed), as long as there are available rooms left in the club. In the case when there are no available DBL rooms left, they will be rented as DBL.
4. For a 5 nights minimum stay you will be charged at midweek rate (it also includes weekends)
5. A fifty-percent deposit is required, with the balance to be paid upon checking in at the Vila. Deposits not reimbursable (they guarantee your reservation),
6. The above accommodation rates might change. You will be notified about the rate once you have had a reservation confirmation.
7. In our club it is strictly forbidden to consume any kind of food or beverages purchased from outside.
8. Club Vila Bran cannot claim responsibility for natural disasters that might occur during your stay, such as: snowbound or temporary obstruction of traffic; inadequate supply of water, methane gas, or electric power,
9. Club Vila Bran offers our guests many outdoor facilities such as: athletic fields, playground for kids, wildlife observation and billiards. The access to all these facilities is free of charge, parents being responsible for watching over their children while they are playing,
Club Vila Bran employees are not responsible for caring for guest’s children or prevent them from different accidents that might occur while playing.
